I was in my room tonight, then I heard a noise from outside, like a noise that causes, I froze in horror for about 5 seconds, then ran back to look better, the apartment building next to us has a light all night, and saw what looked like a creature abit bigger than a fox walking through the beam of soft light, I saw her for about 2 seconds, he stepped into the darkness. But he made a birdie. Which animal does not hear and see?

Well, if it can be a raccoon waddling gait, which can be very large, nocturnal, and Screech / whistle. (Actual foxes are small enough) Maybe it was one of them. Foxes can be found in urban areas, but they tend to shrink, as opposed to raccoons.
